RSM UK is seeking a Manager in the Business Transformation team to lead the design and delivery of Power BI reporting and analytics solutions. You will work from data models to executive dashboards, advising clients on data strategies and roadmaps.

The role requires strong BI skills, consulting experience, and the ability to guide junior team members while managing multiple client engagements. You will engage with senior stakeholders, run workshops, and contribute to proposals, ensuring

Qualificações

• Strong Power BI expertise demonstrated across end-to-end builds.
• Solid data modelling (star schema) and DAX proficiency.
• Experience with Power Query (M) and dashboard design.
• Good SQL skills and understanding of data lifecycles (ETL/ELT).
• Track record delivering BI analytics projects for business stakeholders.
• Experience leading workstreams and mentoring juniors.
• Ability to run client workshops and shape reporting roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day delivery of Power BI and analytics engagements, ensuring quality, timelines and budget.
• Design and build high-quality Power BI solutions with robust data models and dashboards.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into insights.
• Set technical standards for Power BI across the team with best practices and templates.
• Support business development with proposals, scoping and client presentations.
• Coach and develop consultants and analysts, expanding Power BI capability.
