Job summary

Infinigate Group in South Cerney is seeking a POS Reporting Supervisor for a permanent hybrid role. You will manage and optimise the Ship & Debit reporting and claims process, working with Finance, Sales and Supply Chain to ensure rebates are tracked, claimed and recovered.

Qualifications

• Experience operationally in a finance-based support role or from procurement.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills with reconciliation experience.
• Experience in vendor rebates, S&D reporting and ERP processes would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Line management of a small team to ensure daily/weekly POS claims to Vendors are made within agreed timelines.
• Managing the S&D control account and all aspects of reconciliation and aging management.
• Producing metrics/KPIs for Infinigate management.
• Controlling write-offs following company guidelines to minimise losses.
• Liaising with internal teams (sales, purchasing, warehousing, finance).
• Managing input of credit memos from Vendors to clear the account diligently.
• Involvement in D365 optimisation and migration efforts, and BI report integration with other ERP systems.
