Qualifikationen

• Strong Excel & business systems experience.
• Power BI knowledge would be helpful.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable.
• An accounting qualification is beneficial but not essential.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Accountable and self-motivated, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and competing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with Sales, Finance and Operational teams to ensure KPI reporting is accurate, timely and insightful.
• Develop and own segment, customer and product level daily gross sales reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to produce the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for all ADEY entities.
• Produce ad-hoc financial and operational analysis as required by the Financial Controller, Finance Director and leadership team.
• Provide insight into business profitability, specifically net sales and material margins for all ADEY businesses.
• With input from the FC and FD, manage the quarterly and annual sales bonus program and monitor performance.
• Take responsibility for providing ADEY data to heating industry trade associations and analyse sector statistics.
• Assist with the preparation of audit schedules, supporting documentation and responses to audit queries.
• Handle sensitive financial data responsibly, in line with internal controls and governance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting efficiency and data quality as new systems are embedded.
• Contribute to process documentation and training materials to support system resilience.
