Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent experience in data analytics or related discipline.
• Experience in reporting, data analysis or service-led environments.
• Experience producing business reports in a commercial or fast-paced setting.
• Advanced Excel skills and data visualisation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret complex information and communicate clearly.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand information and reporting needs.

• Ensure data is accurate, consistent and reliable across reporting systems.
• Work with data from multiple systems and consolidate information for meaningful insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance reporting.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular insights to stakeholders.
• Present complex information clearly to a range of audiences.
• Challenge assumptions and use data to support evidence-based decisions.
