Haven is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant for our Hemel Hempstead support office in a hybrid role (3 days in the office, the rest remote). You will handle supplier invoices, maintain relationships, and support the Financial Operations team to keep payments accurate and on time.

You’ll work with Coupa and other financial systems, ensuring compliance with accounting standards while contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture. The role offers a competitive salary with bonus and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• In-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable and P2P cycles.
• Familiarity with debits/credits and accounting principles.
• Experience in a Shared Service Environment.
• Proficiency with financial systems and Excel.

• Maintain supplier relationships and ensure timely payments.
• Record financial transactions per accounting standards.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
