Total Marketing Support Limited, part of TMS Global, seeks an Account Manager to oversee permanent POS campaigns and coordinate cross-functional teams in the UK. You will manage client relationships, review packaging strategies, and drive efficiency across the supply chain while aligning with retailer guidelines.

You will lead end-to-end packaging projects, monitor budgets, ensure on-time delivery, and identify value opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing permanent POS display programmes.
• Experience in Account Manager or Client Services within Permanent POS or retail display.
• Expertise in print management, planning, budgeting and cost control.
• Understanding of design to enable implementation of creative solutions.
• Proven service delivery in an account management setting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end permanent POS print and structural campaigns for FMCG clients.
• Manage project timelines, quotations, budgets and profitable account growth.
• Coordinate multiple projects with design, estimating, production, logistics and installation teams.
• Maintain an up-to-date dashboard monthly to identify opportunities or issues.
• Ensure regular client site presence and stakeholder meetings in person.
• Identify opportunities by gathering insights on value-related opportunities.
