Job summary

RBC Brewin Dolphin in Exeter is seeking a Portfolio Management Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis. You will gain experience across the wealth management lifecycle, including portfolio development, client reviews, trade execution and business development.

The role offers exposure to asset allocation and portfolio construction, with offices on-site in Exeter and some flexibility for remote work up to 1 day per week.

Responsibilities

• Support Portfolio/Wealth Managers in portfolio proposals, reviews and client administration.
• Execute trades on instruction from a Portfolio Manager or Wealth Manager.
• Complete work according to procedures and standards.
• Collate and verify information for accuracy.
• Assist in preparation for new client meetings.
• Support business development through correct client processes.
• Assist team members and collaborate with colleagues.
