Job summary

Network Rail is seeking a project management professional to lead and deliver Euro 2028 workstreams from our London area with hybrid working arrangements. You will oversee time, cost and quality targets, risk management, and governance across the programme, while collaborating with industry partners to maximise value and ensure safe delivery.

The role requires strong PM experience, CDM knowledge, and leadership capability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure seamless stakeholder

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum project management experience with a track record of delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detailed knowledge of safety regulations, especially CDM.
• Ability to lead and motivate a project team.
• Commercial and financial awareness relevant to programme delivery.
• Membership of the Association for Project Management or comparable body is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Euro 2028 projects and workstreams to time, cost and quality targets.
• Provide professional project management service including monitoring and reporting.
• Support procurement approaches and delivery arrangements for Euro 2028.
• Develop integrated project plans, milestones and schedules.
• Manage risks, issues, changes and dependencies with updates for governance.
• Maintain safe working environment and safety documentation.
• Fulfill CDM responsibilities where required.
• Support capability development within project teams and identify training needs.
• Adhere to Investment Competence Framework and governance requirements.
• Build collaborative relationships with rail industry partners and cross-functional teams.
