Job summary

SSE is seeking a PMO Manager to help establish governance, assurance and information management capabilities across strategic programmes in Scotland. The role focuses on scalable processes, readiness and investment governance to support future opportunities.

You will lead PMO design and continuous improvement, working with Power BI, Power Apps and SharePoint to deliver robust reporting and governance across Investment Planning and related programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PMO, governance and assurance teams in complex environments.
• Strong capability in process design and scalable ways of working.
• Experience delivering reporting and governance solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint.
• Degree-level or professional qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of governance and information management processes.
• Support development of the Pre-Gate 0 Framework and governance routes.
• Provide governance across Investment Planning, obligations, reporting and readiness.
• Develop scalable reporting and information management solutions.
• Lead PMO process capability and drive data quality and governance excellence.
