SSEN Transmission is seeking a PMO Process Manager to establish governance and assurance capabilities across strategic programmes and future investment opportunities. You will design scalable processes, drive information management practices and deliver reliable reporting using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint.

The role requires implementing the Pre‑Gate 0 framework and supporting the wider business readiness and change adoption activities, with a focus on governance

Formación

• Experience leading PMO, governance, assurance, change adoption, business improvement or programme support teams in a complex environment.
• Strong skills in process design and continuous improvement with scalable ways of working.
• Experience across governance, change management, business readiness, process improvement, digital transformation or information management.
• Experience developing reporting and governance solutions using Power BI, SharePoint or similar platforms.
• Degree-level or professional qualification or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, implementation and continuous improvement of governance, assurance and information management processes for future investment opportunities.
• Support development and implementation of the emerging Pre‑Gate 0 Framework, including governance routes, assurance controls, readiness requirements and information standards.
• Provide governance and assurance support across Investment Planning activities, including obligations, reporting requirements and business readiness.
• Develop and maintain scalable reporting, workflow and information management solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint.
• Lead PMO process capability, supporting Process Leads and Project Information Officers while driving continuous improvement and data quality.
