Job summary

SSEN Transmission, part of SSE plc, is recruiting for a PMO Process Manager to shape governance and assurance across future investment opportunities. The role focuses on establishing the Pre‑Gate 0 framework and scalable information management capabilities.

You will design and implement governance, reporting and operation standards using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint, leading PMO capability and continuous improvement across strategic programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PMO, governance, assurance, change adoption or programme support teams.
• Strong experience in process design and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Power BI/Power Apps/SharePoint or similar platforms.
• Degree-level or professional qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, assurance and information management process design and improvement.
• Support development of the emerging Pre‑Gate 0 Framework and governance routes.
• Provide governance across Investment Planning activities and readiness.
• Develop scalable reporting and information management solutions using Power BI/Power Apps/SharePoint.
• Lead PMO process capability and drive data quality and governance excellence.
