Job summary

Interface Recruitment is seeking a PMO Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term, hybrid in Leeds. You will provide PMO support, develop project metrics, and ensure consistent project delivery across governance structures.

Key responsibilities include reporting, risk awareness, and process adherence in a dynamic ICT/change environment. The role requires PMO methodologies knowledge, strong MS365/Project/Visio skills, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• PMO methodologies and governance knowledge.
• Familiar with MS365 tools including MS Project and MS Visio.
• Strong organisational and presentation skills.
• Clear communication with stakeholders at project level.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
• Experience in Finance sector and asset management.
• Knowledge of health and safety and ICT systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMO analysis and support to change projects within approved methodologies.
• Produce weekly and monthly project metrics for governance committees.
• Update and maintain project CARDI and governance packs.
• Record meeting actions and track progress to closure.
• Ensure project management methodologies are followed across lifecycles.
• Support risks, controls, and procurement registers with project stakeholders.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer where needed.
