Job summary

Coventry Building Society is seeking a Platform Owner to guide the delivery, evolution, and operation of our strategic enterprise platform. You will manage day-to-day services, coordinate engineering activities, and work with architects, security, and delivery teams to keep the platform reliable and easy to consume.

A hybrid role based in Coventry with occasional travel, you’ll contribute to roadmaps, drive improvements, and champion self-service capabilities for portfolios, projects and product

Qualifications

• Proactive approach to improving platform usability, reliability, and adoption.
• Strong understanding of standards, automation, security, and self-service, and collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery, evolution, and operation of a strategic enterprise platform or capability.
• Manage day-to-day platform services and coordinate platform engineering activities.
• Help ensure the platform remains reliable, secure, current, and easy for teams to consume.
• Contribute to platform roadmaps and drive adoption of self-service capabilities for Portfolios, Projects, and Product Teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, and delivery teams to maintain high standards and reduce friction.
