Job summary

Skipton Building Society is seeking a Senior Platform Owner to lead the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem, shaping strategic platform roadmaps, architecture and delivery across CRM, marketing automation and case management.

You will guide cross-functional teams, drive automation and observability, ensure security and governance, and partner with Security, Data and Finance to maximise value for members and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large-scale platforms.
• Deep experience in CRM, automation and workflow tooling.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year CEP strategy and roadmaps for Dynamics 365/Power Platform.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable changes.
• Champion automation-first delivery, observability and governance.
• Manage budgets, licensing decisions and platform investments.
