Medacs Healthcare is recruiting for a PIP Functional Assessor / Disability Assessor in the UK. The role is for a NMC/HCPC registered professional seeking a non hands-on clinical position that emphasizes assessment, reasoning and written reporting.

The role offers a hybrid model with time at assessment centres and home working, a starting salary of £42,000 rising to £46,000 after 12 months, with annual reviews, incentives and overtime options.

Qualifications

• Must be NMC or HCPC registered with no restrictions.
• Minimum 1 year's UK clinical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with digital systems and typing at ~35 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Perform face-to-face and telephone PIP assessments and document findings.
• Analyse medical evidence and produce detailed written reports.
• Work within clinical frameworks and quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues and attend assessment centres as needed.
