C&C Search is recruiting a People Operations & Projects Manager for a global organisation based in London. The role supports the Head of People in a dynamic, business-critical position spanning People Operations, project coordination, communications and strategic planning.

The position offers a salary of £60,000, a 6-month fixed-term contract, a 9am-5pm pattern and 1 day working from home. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive impact across the People function.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations or HR coordination.
• Experience coordinating projects and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of People with delivery of strategic People initiatives, projects and operational activities.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, trackers and reporting, ensuring priorities remain on track and stakeholders are informed.
• Manage internal communications, presentations, briefing documents and materials for People-related initiatives and leadership meetings.
• Organise meetings, workshops and events, preparing agendas, capturing actions and driving follow-up to successful completion.
