Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support employee relations and case management, delivering accurate, efficient HR services aligned with policy and compliance. You will work with employees, managers and HR colleagues to ensure a positive employee experience.

Based in the UK with an on-site requirement in Epsom or Birmingham three days a week, the role emphasises collaboration, data literacy, and a proactive approach to service delivery within the People Operations team.

Qualifications

• Collaborative working style with colleagues across teams.
• Customer-focused approach to HR service delivery.
• Strong IT literacy and data analysis skills, including Excel and mail merge.

Responsibilities

• Manage escalated queries from Tier 1 People Hub and ensure timely resolution.
• Support HR processes and policy inquiries with accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with employee document requests and record-keeping in HR systems.
• Triaging HR cases from the management system and flagging high-risk items.
