Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a Peer Review Analyst to join our Editorial Operations team. You will develop data dashboards, monitor peer review performance, and translate data into actionable improvements across journals.

You will collaborate with editors, publishing staff and researchers to highlight trends, identify risks and support evidence-based decision making, with hybrid working and flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience working with data, reports and dashboards.
• Ability to explain data clearly and support improvements.
• Interest in journals, peer review or academic communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain clear peer review reporting that highlights performance and trends.
• Share findings and recommendations with colleagues in editorial, publishing and related teams.
• Review journal workflows, identify areas for improvement and follow up actions.
• Create guidance and training materials for editors and colleagues.
