Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a Peer Review Analyst to join the Editorial Operations team and use data to improve peer review across journals. The role focuses on developing dashboards, monitoring performance and guiding actionable improvements.

Hybrid role in Cambridge, with 40-60% on-site collaboration. The candidate should bring experience with data, reports and dashboards, and be proficient in Excel and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with data, reports and dashboards.
• Organised, collaborative and able to work with different teams.
• Proficient with MS Office tools including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build data dashboards to monitor peer review performance across journals.
• Identify trends from data and explain implications.
• Recommend actions to improve workflows and manage risks.
• Share findings with editorial, publishing, research integrity and related teams.
• Create guidance and training materials for editors and colleagues.
• Review journal workflows and follow up on agreed actions.
