Job summary

Turning Point invites applications for a High Intensity CBT Therapist at Total Wellbeing Luton. You will join a national IAPT service partner with NHS, delivering high-intensity CBT to clients with mood disorders.

The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days in the office and some home working, and includes a £1,200 joining bonus. You will work within a supportive clinical team, with access to supervision, CPD opportunities, and training across modalities to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Qualified High Intensity CBT therapist with BABCP/BACP/UKCP accreditation.
• Experience in mental health and building strong therapeutic relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload providing evidence-based high intensity interventions.
• Conduct assessments and deliver high-intensity CBT for clients with moderate to severe depression.
• Provide therapy and supervision, developing CPD plans with your supervisor.
