Manpower in Coventry is seeking a Payroll Supervisor for a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working arrangements at Coventry HQ. The role centers on ensuring efficient pay runs, payroll benefit administration, and supervising the payroll team.

You will lead payroll operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement, reporting to senior management and collaborating with HR/finance. Salary ranges from £40,000 to £45,000, with a 40-hour week and flex start/finish.

Qualifications

• Experience leading payroll teams and managing performance.
• Extensive payroll management across multiple pay runs and benefits.
• Detail-oriented with accurate payroll reporting and GDPR compliance.
• Experience handling payroll inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with iTrent or similar payroll software.
• CIPP qualifications would be beneficial.
