Cygnet is seeking a Payroll Administrator in a hybrid role based near Kings Hill, West Malling. You will manage the full payroll cycle, incorporating starters, leavers, and changes, while ensuring NLW compliance and accurate deductions.

Qualifications

• Full end to end pay cycle processing, including starters and leavers.
• Processing statutory payments and pension changes.
• Handling salary sacrifice and NLW compliance.
• Managing deductions and ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Reviewing pay cycle information for accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process pay runs and verify data accuracy across cycles.
• Identify and resolve over/underpayments with evidence.
• Ensure local level payroll authorisation is in place.
• Handle supplementary or manual payments correctly.
• Monitor NLW breaches and compliance requirements.
