Job summary

Michael Page Finance is seeking a Payroll and People Administrator to ensure smooth payroll processes across HR and Finance. You will handle payroll queries, maintain records and support colleagues to pay accurately and on time.

Based in Warrington town centre with hybrid working, you will contribute to pensions, benefits and payroll data integrity while delivering high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of payroll and HR integrated systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to employees and managers on payroll queries.
• Process and validate monthly payroll data including timesheets and expenses.
• Support starters, leavers, transfers and salary changes.
• Assist with pensions, sickness, maternity, paternity and adoption pay.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and data confidentiality.
• Produce payroll reports and support data analysis.
