Job summary

Cygnet in West Malling, Kent, is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at the new Kings Hill office. This full-time, 37.5-hour hybrid role offers two days per week in the Kings Hill office and opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll, handling starters/leavers, pensions, salary sacrifice, and NLW compliance, with a culture focused on development and support.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing.
• Knowledge of NLW compliance and payroll regulations.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Confidentiality and discretion required.
• Enhanced DBS check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Full end-to-end pay cycle processing, including adding starters, leavers and changes.
• Processing of salary, bonuses, and deductions.
• Monitoring cycles for NLW breaches and compliance.
• Identify and report over/underpayments with evidence.
• Ensure proper authorisation at local level and documentation.
