Qualifications

• Strong understanding of clinical research in pharma, device and biotech sectors.
• Experience with eCOA/ePRO, eConsent, Virtual Trials or Wearable Sensors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in Client Services or client-facing roles with a customer-first attitude.
• Exhibit time management skills with collaboration and team-building awareness.
• Experience in managing project timelines and risk assessment.
• Able to support project teams, promote unity and teamwork.
• Self-motivated and responsible in a professional setting.
• Able to recognise achievements and provide constructive feedback.
• Proficient in Medidata internal systems.
• Computing skills with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong presentation and soft skills.
• Travel expectations 10% - 20%, national/international.
• Valid driver's license.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent (analytic discipline a plus) preferred.
• 1-3 years relevant experience in clinical/biomedical and/or software development.

Responsibilities

• Competent in Medidata systems and processes, with working knowledge of Patient Experience products.
• Create and maintain accurate study documentation.
• Manage a full portfolio of studies across stages with on-time delivery within budget and high quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams providing Patient Experience SME and leading end-to-end delivery.
• Lead meetings ensuring milestones stay on track and minutes captured.
• Apply project management principles to assess risk and mitigation strategies.
• Manage client expectations for Patient Experience products and services.
• Forecast Professional Services hours for Patient Experience duration.
• Raise Patient Experience work requests to other departments as needed.
• Conduct lessons learned with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in internal initiatives to support team goals.
• Interact with new hires at or below current level.
• Work with Associate PM to monitor delegated tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Medidata PM methodologies and SOPs.
