Job summary

Princess Cruises, part of Carnival Corporation, is seeking a Part Time Reservations Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service to guests and travel agent partners, resolving queries and driving bookings. You will work on inbound calls, promoting cruise holidays, cabins, packages, and related products.

The role is 26 hours per week, with hybrid work and a minimum two days in the Southampton office. Start dates January, with a structured interview process and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort with sales and promoting products.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest and travel partner queries via inbound calls.
• Aim for first-call resolution and desired outcomes.
• Promote cruise holidays, cabins, packages and relevant products to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Manage cruise bookings from enquiry to confirmation with attention to detail.
• Provide outstanding guest experiences and support queries via webchat.
