You will process payroll data, maintain records, ensure compliance with UK legislation, and respond to payroll queries from staff and managers while supporting pension administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and data entry with a focus on accuracy.
• Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory payments.
• Proficient in Excel and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll data accurately and on time.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with current legislation.
• Resolve payroll queries from employees and managers.
• Support pension administration and statutory payroll processes.
• Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting.
• Liaise with HR and Finance to keep employee data up to date.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiencies.
• Support month-end activities as required.
