Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join its finance function in North Lanarkshire with hybrid working. You will process payroll accurately, maintain records, and resolve queries while collaborating with HR and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Previous payroll administration experience.
• Knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience working with payroll systems.
• Competent Excel skills.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll data and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with current legislation.
• Resolve payroll queries from employees and managers.
• Support pension administration and statutory payroll processes.
• Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to keep employee data accurate.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiencies.
• Support month-end activities as required.
