Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices, staff claims and card transactions with proper authorization.
• Perform regular bank and card reconciliations.
• Handle cash and banking tasks.
• Raise customer invoices as required.
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing.
• Support Gift Aid processing and donor liaison.
• Assist with financial reporting and budget questions.
• Provide ad hoc admin support to the Finance Manager.
