Confidential in St Albans is seeking a Finance Assistant for a part-time role (24-12 hours) with hybrid working. You will support day-to-day finance across the business and customers, handling invoices, reconciliations and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has experience in a Finance Assistant or Accounts Assistant role, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of transactional finance. This role offers a supportive finance team and progression opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or similar role.
• Good knowledge of transactional finance and bookkeeping.
• Proficient with Excel and financial systems.

Responsabilidades

• Process purchase and sales invoices.
• Manage supplier accounts and resolve queries.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping.
• Support payment runs and cash management.
• Assist with credit control and debtor management.
• Support month-end processes and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets.
• Process and monitor property-related costs and expenditure.
• Assist with accounting and administration of property management transactions.
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager and wider finance team.
