Job summary

Confidential is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Assistant in Victoria, with a hybrid pattern: one full day in the office and two remote afternoons per week. This 6-month role supports the finance team in day-to-day AP tasks.

You will manage the AP inbox, process invoices, set up suppliers, verify bank details, chase POs, process expenses, and assist with month-end. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable is essential.
• Exposure to NetSuite/Tipalti/Concur would be beneficial.

Responsibilities
