Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator for Moodiesburn on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on processing supplier invoices, maintaining ledgers and supporting timely payments within a global business finance team.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years’ AP experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred). 6-month fixed-term contract with immediate start and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of AP experience in a shared service environment.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP experience.
• Ability to maintain accurate financial records and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and accounts payable transactions accurately.
• Support the timely processing of payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are processed in line with internal procedures.
• Use ERP systems to manage and process accounts payable information.
• Work closely with colleagues across the accounts payable team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Assist with queries and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Use Excel to manage, review and analyse financial data.
