Hybrid role; office 4 days a week in Bath with the rest of the team. You’ll blend strategy with hands-on execution and work closely with creatives to optimize performance and client pitches.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience managing substantial performance and brand budgets in Google Ads and Meta.
• Strong grasp of product feeds, tracking architecture, and ecommerce metrics.
• Confident in leading client discussions and pitches while remaining hands-on in platforms.
• Based in Bath or nearby and happy to work from the office four days a week.
