Job summary

Pitch Ltd. is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own the day-to-day delivery of paid media activity across Meta and Google.

You’ll manage campaigns, budgets and pacing while continually optimising toward commercial targets, with close collaboration to the marketing team and paid agency. This is a brand-new role within a growing division, supporting global growth across the UK, Europe, America, Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid media experience, with hands-on Meta and Google Ads.
• Experience with Google Merchant Center and GA4 is a big advantage.
• Ability to analyse performance and tell the commercial story behind the numbers.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage daily budgets and pace spend against targets.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR and conversions.
• Handle tracking pixels and attribution to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with brand team to align creative with paid campaigns.
• Produce regular reports with clear commercial insights and recommendations.
• Test audiences, creatives and bidding strategies to improve results.
