Job summary

sportscotland Glenmore Lodge is seeking a Training Programme Coordinator to develop and grow schools residential and youth programmes. You will design inclusive, high-quality programmes that support learning, wellbeing and personal development, working with schools, instructors and partners.

Strong planning, communication and stakeholder engagement are essential to improve delivery based on feedback and evidence.

Qualifications

Experience of developing or coordinating outdoor learning, sport, youth or community-based programmes.
Good understanding of the outdoor learning sector in Scotland.
Experience of collaborative working with instructors, schools, governing bodies and community organisations.
Relevant outdoor qualifications that support informed programme design and delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow our schools residential and youth programmes.
Design inclusive, high-quality programmes that support learning, wellbeing and personal development.
Review programmes and partnerships, gather feedback and impact information to improve delivery.
Collaborate with instructors, schools, governing bodies and community organisations to extend Glenmore Lodge's reach and impact.
