Job summary

liveArgyll in partnership with sportscotland wish to appoint an Active Schools Coordinator to strengthen the offer of extracurricular physical activity and sport to the young people in Oban, Lorn and the Isles.

This is a permanent post working 21 hours per week. Interviews will take place on Tuesday 22 nd September 2026. A PVG Membership is required for working with children. We encourage applications from people from all backgrounds and aim to have a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen extracurricular sport and physical activity opportunities for school-aged pupils in Oban, Lorn and the Isles.
