Job summary

Hyperoptic in London is seeking an Enterprise Architect for the NetCo/OSS domain to shape the Hypernet architecture, roadmaps and governance across inventory, service fulfilment and assurance, aligning with the company's transformation goals.

You will partner with Networks, Engineering and Operations, apply TM Forum frameworks, leverage ServiceNow integrations, and lead end-to-end design reviews to deliver scalable, AI-enabled OSS solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in solution/enterprise architecture within telecoms.
• Deep expertise in OSS domain: inventory, fulfilment, assurance.
• Familiarity with FTTH/access networks and PON technologies.
• Experience with EMS/NMS integration and network diagnostics.
• Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks and practical application.
• Experience with API-led and event-driven integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own OSS (Hypernet) domain architecture, roadmap and governance.
• Architect core OSS capabilities: inventory, fulfilment, provisioning, assurance.
• Apply TM Forum frameworks to OSS designs and promote open interfaces.
• Champion AI-native OSS architecture for automation and closed-loop ops.
