Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (Fit out) to drive fast-track projects across Leisure, Retail and Education sectors from inception to completion. You will oversee design, construction delivery and all M&E elements, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability while leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience of fast-track refurbishment/fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of JCT Design & Build contracts preferred.
• Full UK driving licence required or essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contracts are completed to programme, client satisfaction is maintained and profit margins are met.
• Assist with the production of regional business plans and operational plans.
• Support bid team with accurate tender submissions.
• Ensure pre-contract planning and timely delivery within cost plans.
• Monitor contracts to ensure delivery aligns with cost plans and submit monthly valuations.
