Knowledge Schools Trust is seeking an organised Operations Assistant to support the smooth running of its schools. Based at Wixams Academy with hybrid working, the role collaborates with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure safety, compliance, and efficient operations across the Trust.

The post covers health & safety coordination, project support, estates and facilities administration, and data reporting.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate operational activities across multiple schools.
• Support school leaders with operational queries.
• Manage administrative processes and documentation.
• Monitor actions and keep projects on track.
• Produce reports, presentations and operational updates.
• Assist with health and safety compliance and risk assessments.
• Maintain contractor and service management records.
