Job summary

NHBC is seeking an Operational Resilience Analyst to reinforce our resilience framework across Technology, Risk and the business. You will work with the Operational Resilience Manager to embed resilience into daily operations, helping NHBC prepare for, respond to and recover from disruption.

You will contribute to documentation, testing, reporting and governance, with hybrid working between Milton Keynes and London, and the opportunity to grow your career in a growing resilience function.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting important business services, processes, dependencies and risks.
• Understanding of impact tolerances, resilience testing and incident response.
• Experience with risk assessments, resilience reporting and governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and map Important Business Services, end-to-end processes, dependencies and vulnerabilities.
• Support Business Impact Analysis, define impact tolerances and priorities.
• Coordinate resilience scenario testing, BCM exercises and lessons learned.
• Identify resilience risks/issues and support remediation, escalate where needed.
• Produce resilience dashboards and reports for governance and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain resilience policies, standards and documentation across the organisation.
• Coordinate with service owners, Technology, Operations, Risk and suppliers for resilience reviews.
