Job summary

Practice Plus Group is seeking a highly organised Post Offer Administrator to join the Integrated Urgent Care Resourcing team. In this hybrid role, you'll support onboarding for new colleagues, acting as the link between candidates, hiring managers and the Resourcing team.

You will ensure DBS checks, references, right-to-work verification and other compliance requirements are completed accurately, maintaining up-to-date employee records and a professional service.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering onboarding administration and pre-employment checks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new joiners and ensure DBS, references and right-to-work checks are completed.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with candidates, hiring managers and Resourcing team to support a smooth recruitment process.
