Job summary

Optima Health is recruiting an MSK Physiotherapist to join our Occupational Health team in Bristol. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with hybrid working: two days on-site (1pm-9pm) and remaining days remote, performing assessments and delivering treatment for an e-commerce client.

You will carry out remote case management, review exercise plans, prepare reports, and ensure care aligns with NICE guidelines and CSP/HCPC standards.

Qualifications

• UK-registered physiotherapist with CSP and HCPC memberships.
• Minimum 18 months post-registration UK experience.
• Experience or interest in Occupational Health Physiotherapy.
• Strong MSK experience.
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote and on-site assessments and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Manage cases remotely, reviewing exercise plans and providing reports.
• Produce clear employer reports and advise on functional capacity.
• Ensure practice aligns with NICE guidelines, CSP standards and HCPC requirements.
• Support return-to-work and workplace adaptations.
