Optima Health is seeking an MSK Physiotherapist - Occupational Health for a hybrid role in Stockton on Tees. You will work two days onsite (1pm–9pm) and remotely on the other days (08:30–16:30), handling assessments, case management, and reporting for an e-commerce client.

The role requires CSP/HCPC registration, strong MSK experience, and a UK-based physiotherapy qualification. You will contribute to education, rehabilitation planning, and robust workplace health strategies while aligning with

Qualificações

• Clinical Physiotherapy Qualification.
• 18 months or more post-registration experience in the UK.
• Full CSP membership & HCPC registration is essential.
• Interest in Occupational Health Physiotherapy preferred.
• Strong MSK experience.
• Driver license & access to a vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate, detailed assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to employees on remote or face-to-face basis.
• Identify and advise on workplace hazards contributing to MSK disorders.
• Conduct workplace assessments such as DSE and provide recommendations.
• Maintain clinical objectivity per occupational health guidance.
• Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation adhering to national standards.
• Use biopsychosocial approach with functional assessment to support work return.
