Job summary

Greys Specialist Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced MSK Physiotherapist for an Occupational Health role in Bristol. You will split time between onsite clinics (2 days) and remote case management (3 days), delivering MSK assessments, rehab, and workplace return-to-work support.

Applicants should be HCPC registered with 18 months+ UK post-registration experience, CSP member status, and strong MSK experience. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for site visits.

Qualifications

• Interest or experience in Occupational Health.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face MSK assessments and rehabilitation in Bristol.
• Manage cases remotely on remaining days.
• Perform telephone assessments.
• Review and progress exercise programmes.
• Conduct follow-up consultations.
• Prepare clinical reports.
• Provide functional capacity and workplace recommendations.
• Support return-to-work for employees.
• Apply biopsychosocial approach to recovery.

About the role

Are you an experienced MSK Physiotherapist looking to develop your career within Occupational Health? We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity supporting a leading client in Bristol.

You'll work 2 days onsite in Bristol (1pm-9pm) as the sole physiotherapist, providing face-to-face MSK assessments and evidence-based rehabilitation. On your remaining days, you'll work remotely (8:30am-4:30pm), managing cases through:

• Telephone assessments


• Exercise programme reviews and progression


• Follow-up consultations


• Clinical reporting


• Functional capacity and workplace recommendations


• Return-to-work support

You'll use a biopsychosocial approach to help employees overcome barriers to recovery and remain safely in work.

Qualifications and skills:

• Qualified Physiotherapist


• Minimum 18 months' UK post-registration experience


• HCPC registered


• Full CSP member


• Strong MSK experience


• Interest or experience in Occupational Health


• Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills
