Job summary

Optima Health is recruiting an MSK Physiotherapist for our Occupational Health service in Peterborough. You will split your week between onsite duties and remote case management, delivering assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based rehabilitation for an e-commerce client.

The role requires MSK experience, CSP registration, and a proactive approach to workplace health. Hybrid working supports flexible delivery of clinical and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified physiotherapist with UK registration.
• Experience in Occupational Health physiotherapy is preferred.
• Strong MSK clinical experience and safe practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote and on-site assessments and treatments.
• Produce clear clinical reports for employers.
• Manage caseload with evidence-based rehab plans.
• Deliver education and exercise-based rehabilitation.
• Support clients with functional capacity recommendations.
