Optima Health, the UK's largest provider of Occupational Health and wellbeing services, is seeking an Occupational Therapist based in the South East region to join our nationwide team on a hybrid basis, mainly Brighton and surrounding areas. You will conduct assessments in clinics or workplaces to advise on return to work, with travel within your area and home-based admin tasks when not on site.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years Occupational Therapist experience.
• Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council as an OT.
• BSc in Occupational Therapy or higher.
• Driving licence required - Willingness to travel within defined regional area (up to 2 hours).

Aufgaben

• To use clinical expertise to advise on functional capacity, job demands, ergonomics and rehabilitation programmes for employees with complex health problems or disabilities, assisting them to remain at or return to work.
• To be professionally and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of own workload.
• To provide expert advice/consultancy on OT issues/products within the organisation and to customers e.g., organisational level ergonomic consultancy and training.
• To contribute to the development of Optima's Occupational Therapy Service both within the region and nationally.
• Employees with complex health problems or disabilities in a variety of work settings and across contracts including blue collar, white collar, and Government organisations.
• Organisational level ergonomic consultancy and training for current and new Optima contracts.
• Product development and training of other health professionals within Optima.
