You will deliver face-to-face case management and health surveillance for education and housing clients, with travel to Derby Derbyshire and surrounding areas as required.

The role offers hybrid working with a mix of home-based case management and client-site visits, with a potential schedule from 22.5 to 37.5 hours per week and a salary up to £46,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered General Nurse with experience in Occupational Health.
• Current NMC registration is required.
• Ability to travel to client sites weekly.
