Job summary

iGo Recruitment is seeking a Nurse Assessor to join our hybrid team in Guildford. You will review medical evidence, conduct structured assessments and write clear, evidence-based reports for PIP and WCA services.

The role offers weekday hours, a hybrid pattern (home and Guildford assessment centre), and a salary of £40,000–£42,000 depending on service. We require NMC registered nurses with at least 12 months post‑registration experience, excellent communication, and IT proficiency.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration as RGN, RMN or RNLD with active PIN.
• At least 12 months of post-registration clinical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to write clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Review medical evidence and complete structured assessments.
• Produce evidence-based reports for DWP.
• Assessments may be by telephone, video or face-to-face.
