Job summary

Donard Recruitment is recruiting for a multi-skilled Functional Specialist in the UK, offering hybrid working arrangements and both full-time and part-time roles for Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Paramedics.

The starting salary is £39,500 plus a discretionary 10% bonus, with 5 weeks of training, 25 days holiday and a benefits pack including laptop, wellbeing programme, pension and life assurance. Bangor-based applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic.
• 1+ years post qualification experience.
• Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.
• Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseloads end-to-end including face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls and paper-based reports.
• Provide time for CPD, audits, and team meetings within the rota.
