Job summary

The Ministry of Justice seeks a Neurodiversity Support Manager to lead on improving neurodiversity support for prisoners and guide Education, Skills and Work initiatives across the estate. You will work with HoESW, LSM, Industry Managers and education providers to implement a whole-prison approach, ensure data driven improvement, and support staff and partners to share a common vision.

This is a non-operational role with no line management responsibilities, but it requires strong collaboration,

Qualifications

• Experience of operating in a neurodiversity or SEN/ALN context.
• Strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders across education, skills and work.
• Ability to analyse data to inform improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead on improving neurodiversity support quality towards outstanding.
• Develop and maintain a neurodiversity strategy with key stakeholders.
• Create and test systems to support Education, Skills and Work activity across cohorts.
